You can skip downloading of commentary packs you don’t need. Here is the list of selective files. Note, that “The Journey” mode dubbing is available not for all languages and it’s recommended to install English audio along with the language you desire

Why this repack is called “Monkey Repack”
Game resources of FIFA 19 are encrypted, so proper files (re)compression is not possible at the moment. So only basic compression was applied, and that any monkey can do. It’s not my style, but poll I organized showed the interest even in that poorly compressed repack.
